Move 'Vital' from Timeline to Assessment tab - PCR Form

The location of the vital sign entry presently located top of the timeline page via the button ‘vitals' should be moved to the 'Assessment’ page.
The vital signs entry should be on the ‘Assessment' page and have a section of its own rather than be hidden in the 'Timeline’ page among other entries in a small button so it is easier found and attended to.
