EPCR - Submit Button besides Validations button

The submit button should be at the top of the PCR form, next to the validation icon.
At the moment, the submit button can be found under the profile menu, clicking the profile name, the menu is displayed and then the submit options needs to be selected.
It needs to be as visible in plain sight as the validation icon so that everyone can easily see it.
